No — we test in an inconspicuous spot first and use the right product for the finish. Some deep marks may not come out fully, in which case the photo report shows we've tried.
Do you patch nail holes?
Small nail-hole filling is a common add-on — we can do it or leave it to your handyman. Ask when you book.
Are cornices really included?
Yes — dusted along the full length. Cobwebs in corners are one of the first flags agents raise.
